Rear Ground Floor Extension and Loft Conversion in Westbury.Rear Ground Floor Extension and Loft Conversion 
Start of project – Beginning with the ground floor extension in the middle of the winter – so lots of mess to contend with! 
Brick and block work is now starting to go up, with the first of the steels in place! 
The works now begin on the loft conversion and on the ground floor the brickwork is complete, the three rooflights are in place and the EPDM roof has been laid. The edge is to be finished in a Western Red Cedar fascia board. 
The dormer is now in place – and will be finished in Western Red Cedar. And on the ground floor the 5-leaf Aluminium Bi-folds are in place, internally the floor in being laid and the new space is nearly ready to be used! 
Inside the new loft space – timbers and steels are now in place, along with the Velux windows – you can really get a feel for the size of the room and the extra space the family will gain!
