Over garage space suitable for an office in Burbage, Near Devizes

Utilising the space above a garage to create an office for their business.

Start of project; our customers had a detached double garage that they wished to create an above-garage space suitable for an office for their business.

Scaffolding in place, and the block and brickwork is going up.

The roof going on and the two dormers are now in place. Dormers to be finished in lead, with hanging tiles to match the roof at both gable ends of the building. Windows installed in matching Rosewood UPVC.

The office space is now fully plastered, and the first fix of electrics have been completed.

The roof work and the two dormer windows are now complete. With Hedgehog fitted into the matching Rosewood UPVC guttering to keep out the leaves!

The internal area is now complete – the WC has been fitted, the kitchen has been installed with integrated dishwasher and fridge. The desks and computers have been moved in ready for staff to start using the office. The customers opted for an air-conditioning unit for heating and a high-specification IT system to accommodate all their needs.

The office is complete – the external wooden staircase is now installed and treated, with the accessible stairlift in place. Its ready to be used as initially intended an office space for a small team of staff.
